No other uses or purposes are permitted. All information provided on this website is for educational purposes and has been compiled from multiple sources believed to be accurate.

3. Customer Representations and Warranties
In purchasing any products from Reign Peptide, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved with the handling of these products. All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following:
(I) Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products.
(II) The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase.
(III) Industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect workers from such health and safety hazards.
(IV) The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products.
Reign Peptide reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur. Anyone not adhering to these terms will be blacklisted and forbidden from purchasing.

6. Purchaser Obligations
The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Reign Peptide that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any products purchased from Reign Peptide in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.
The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.
The purchaser has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from Reign Peptide.
7. Product Disclaimer
No products purchased from Reign Peptide shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. ALL products and services offered are for RESEARCH purposes ONLY. Under NO circumstances shall/should ANY of these materials be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes.
These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body for any therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive, or medical purpose.
8. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or suspected misuse.
9. Shipping & Handling
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method.
- Reign Peptide is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure proper receipt and storage of temperature-sensitive materials.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals and to ensure material integrity:
- We do not accept returns on opened or reconstituted products.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

11. Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Third-party COAs are available for all products. COAs verify identity, purity, and composition via HPLC analysis. COAs may be downloaded from individual product pages or requested via email.

All content on reignpeptide.com — including logos, text, graphics, images, and trademarks — is the property of Reign Peptide and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reign Peptide or any associated affiliates be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Reign Peptide is NOT liable for ANY damages that may be caused by negligence, abuse, or ANY other unforeseen matter.
14. Indemnification
In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Reign Peptide and any associated affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
