These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Reign Peptide, LLC (“Reign Peptide”) affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Enrollment
All applications are reviewed manually. Reign Peptide may accept or reject any application, and may suspend or terminate any affiliate account, at its sole discretion.
2. Research Use Only — Marketing Restrictions
All products sold on this website are intended for laboratory, academic, or institutional research and identification purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption. As an affiliate, you agree that you will not:
- Make any health, anti-aging, performance, wellness, weight-loss, or recovery claims about any product;
- Provide or imply dosage guidance, protocols, “cycles,” or “stacks”;
- Publish or share testimonials describing personal outcomes or effects;
- Market products through influencer, lifestyle, or social media content that implies personal or human use;
- Make unrealistic, false, or misleading claims of any kind;
- Suggest that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition.
Violation of this section results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
3. Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked through your personal affiliate link using a 30-day cookie on a last-click basis. Reign Peptide’s tracking records are final.
4. Commissions
Commissions are earned as a percentage of the product subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes) of qualifying referred sales:
- First order: 25% commission on the referred customer’s first qualifying purchase.
- Lifetime recurring: 10% commission on every subsequent order placed by that customer, for as long as they remain a customer.
During site-wide promotional events, commission rates may be temporarily adjusted. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance.
Commissions on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are reversed. Purchases made through your own affiliate link do not earn commissions. Reign Peptide may update commission rates at any time; the current rate is always displayed in your affiliate dashboard.
5. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid to the payment email on file with your affiliate account. Reign Peptide may withhold payment on any commission under review for compliance or fraud.
6. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Reign Peptide wherever you share your link, in accordance with FTC guidelines.
7. Prohibited Methods
No spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, bidding on Reign Peptide trademarks in paid search, or misrepresenting yourself as Reign Peptide.
8. Changes
Reign Peptide may update these Terms or the commission rate at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
